2008 Clogging Class

Clogging is a fun American folk dance similar to tap dancing, but with a much more relaxed, bucolic feel. Our classes are fun and laid back with students of all ages and walks of life. We dance to many types of music from the traditional bluegrass to contemporary hip hop, and don't be surprised to hear tunes from other parts of the world like Hawaii and Algeria! Everything is fair game, we even take requests...

The class will be working towards performing dances at the easy, intermediate, and advanced levels. Performance is not mandatory, so all are welcome regardless of whether or not you will be performing at the June 7th showcase!

Wear: Tap shoes or any leather soled shoe.  

Taps available for $13 - can be attached to any kind of shoe!
